It is a feast of cooking, educational travel documentary and storytelling all brought to you by the international TV presenter and Author, Dorinda Hafner. It is designed to be used as a resource for teachers wishing to bring food, culture and storytelling to the classroom using the talents and reach of Dorinda Hafner known in over 48 countries for her television series on Channel 4 in the UK and PBS in the U.S.
